Ingredients for Masala pav recipe
1. Pav buns
2. 2 chopped onion
3. Green chilies
4. 1 large chopped tomato
5. ½ chopped capsicum
6. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
7. ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
8. Cheese - 100 gms
9. Coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat a pan and melt the butter, add onions and saute
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and saute along
Add tomatoes and saute till they are cooked
Add bhaji masala powder, salt, and saute
Add water and mash everything well
Add capsicum and some water and saute along
Add cheese and mix well
Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove
Heat some butter in a Pan
Place the pav buns on it and toast it on both sides
Serve it hot with masala, onions, coriander leaves, cheese, and lemon wedges.

2. Curd - 3 Tsp
3. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
4. Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
5. Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
6. Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
7. Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
8. Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
9. Salt - 1/2 Tsp
10. Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
11. Oil - 2 Tsp
12. Chapati
To Make Mint & Coriander Sources
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Green Chili - 2 Nos
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Ginger
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Curd - 2 Tsp
Water
Kala Namak - 1/4 Tsp
To Make Vegetable Salad
Onion - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Capsicum - 1 No. Thinly Sliced
Carrot - 1 No.
Cabbage
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp (Optional)
Process
Take the chopped paneer in a bowl, add curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala powder, salt, lemon juice
Mix well and let it marinate for 20 mins
to make the mint and coriander chutney, take a mixer jar and add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, curd, water and grind them to a smooth paste
Add kala namak and mix well. The chutney is ready, keep it aside
Heat a pan with some oil and fry the marinated paneer for 5 mins and keep them aside
In a large bowl, add onions, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, chaat masala powder
Mix everything well
Heat a chapati before assembling the Frankie, you can either use fresh chapatis or pre-made chapatis for this recipe
Take a chapati, spread the mint chutney onto it, layer it with the vegetable salad, place the fried paneer pieces, and roll the chapati as shown
Paneer Frankie is done, serve it hot.
