Chocolate Paniyaram | Chocolate Cake recipe
All ingredients for Chocolate Paniyaram
To Make Batter
Egg - 1 No.
Boiled Milk - 1 Cup
Melted Butter - 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 1 1/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 4 Tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 5 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Chocolate Chips - 2 Tbsp
To Make Chocolate Sauce
Boiled Milk - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Dark Semi-sweet Cooking Chocolate - 100 Gms
Chocolate Paniyaram making Method:
To make the Chocolate Paniyaram
In a bowl add egg and whisk until creamy.
Add in milk and melted butter, vanilla essence, whisk until combined well.
In another bowl whisk dry ingredients. And add It into the wet ingredients.
Whisk until combined well.
It will be a thick batter. Fold in chocolate chips.
Heat the paniyaram skillet and some butter into the moulds
After the paniyaram skillet is heated, add the chocolate paniyaram batter into the moulds.
Cook it evenly on both sides till you get a crisp layer on the outside
Serve the Chocolate Paniyaram with chocolate ganache
To make the Chocolate Sauce
Heat heavy cream and milk in a saucepan.
Add chocolate chunks and stir well until it turns into a smooth and silky ganache.
Wait until it reaches room temperature before pouring it over the chocolate paniyarams.
